Thabo Cebolenkhosi Dlamini is the Director of PHSAID Meetings in Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Mental Health Nursing from the University of Swaziland, Eswatini (former Swaziland); and a Master of Philosophy in Global Health from the Department of Global Public Health and Primary Care, Centre for International Health, University of Bergen, Bergen, Norway. He had worked with three different organizations providing clinical care, health systems research and culture sensitive care to the populace including sexual minorities. He worked with Red Cross society clinic as an HIV/TB focal nurse from 2016-2018, and subsequently joined Family Health International as an outreach nurse consultant working with Key populations (sexual minorities) providing HIV/TB care services. He later joined Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation as a Clinical research nurse under a study on differentiated models of HIV care delivery.
